The founder story
Over a decade in the IT sector has taught me one thing: the industry's real advantage is not effort alone, it is learned process knowledge. Working closely with global businesses across programmes and delivery streams, I saw how the value we deliver is repeatedly measured in person-hours, while the deeper knowledge of how those businesses actually run stays locked inside delivery teams rather than becoming products.
Publishing is where that insight became concrete. Through my experience as a senior project manager in publishing, I saw how bottlenecks build up across handoffs, approvals, partner turnaround times and disconnected trackers. The challenge was not a lack of effort; it was making the process visible enough to act before a delay became a missed commitment. The same pattern repeats across industries — accounting, reconciliation, close and beyond.
That shaped a broader conviction. AI-enabled software development opens a real path from service-oriented delivery to product-led businesses, built on the process knowledge a decade in IT services creates — knowledge that should become products, not billable hours alone.
Our ambition is to turn that learned experience into products for complex tracking and accounting problems across industries. InPublish applies this thinking to publishing workflows; InNumber brings it to reconciliation and close review — and the engine generalises wherever dependencies, evidence and exceptions decide the next commitment. The common foundation is understanding dependencies, evidence, exceptions and the people responsible for the next decision.
The moat we aim to build is not AI alone. It is learned process knowledge, translated into useful rules and strengthened by experience. Global enterprise problems are our focus; the work is to earn trust through transparent, carefully scoped delivery.
A message from the founder
“I believe the next chapter of India's technology industry is not simply delivering more hours of service. It is turning what we have learned about real processes into products that help people make better decisions.
Our AI is advisory. It should make a bottleneck clearer, bring evidence into view and help a team understand what may happen next—not replace professional judgment or silently make consequential decisions.
My commitment is to build from process knowledge, keep people accountable for the decisions that matter, and earn trust one workflow at a time.”

Our guardrail philosophy
The Nataraja Loop
At Chidambaram, Nataraja's dance happens within the bounds of the cosmos. That is how we want AI to work: free to help, but always inside the boundaries of your domain, your data and your rules. In technical terms, we call it a deterministic world model with advisory intelligence.
Six bounded layers
- 1Data
Only the client's own files and records for the task in hand.
- 2Representations
Each row is parsed by fixed rules into a known shape — titles, milestones, ledger lines.
- 3Knowledge graph
Entities are linked: a proof round depends on a vendor, which affects a printer date.
- 4Memory
Reviewer-approved decisions are kept as evidence, scoped to that client only.
- 5World model
Deterministic rules — turnaround times, dependencies, matching tolerances — define what is possible.
- 6Reasoning & action
AI may propose and explain; a named person approves before anything consequential happens.
Observe → Understand → Act → Learn
- Observe
Read the evidence in scope.
- Understand
Check it against the rules of the domain.
- Act
Propose a next step for a human to approve.
- Learn
Keep the approved outcome as evidence.
What this means for clients
- Costs, dates and matches are calculated by fixed rules, not guessed by AI.
- AI suggestions must point to real columns, rows or records; anything else is rejected.
- Nothing is saved, sent or signed off without a person approving it.
- Your data stays in your space and is not used to train for other clients.
These limits reduce the risk of AI making things up; they do not remove it entirely, which is why human review stays in the loop.
